Einfach unverschämt, für diese Wohnung viel Geld zu nehmen. Angeblich renoviert, einfach Farbe auf Fliesen oder Tapete rauf gemacht. Keinen Schrank im Schlafzimmer oder Stube, nur ein Spannbettlaken, es könnte ja auch einer auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen in der Stube. Deko oder Bilder gibt es nicht. Schublade in der Küche kaputt, schlecht eingeräumt, kaum was vorhanden. Badewanne bei Ankunft verschmutzt, alle Fenster alt, dadurch auch schlecht isoliert. Duschsbtrennung dichtet nicht ab, nach dem duschen das komplette Bad überflutet. Stubentürgriff los, im Treppenhaus mufft es. Im Bad und Küche vor dem Fenster zwei vertrocknete Blumen, dann lieber garkeine. Die Wohnung war beim Einzug nicht wirklich sauber, teilweise Schmutz auf dem Boden, Gegenstände verstaubt.

Appartement frisch renoviert-mit der Rolle einmal über Schimmel im Bad! Lage sehr verkehrsgünstig-direkt an Hauptstraße ggü Tanke. War recht laut. Sollten Schlüssel im Zimmer lassen und Tür zuziehen, nur leider war unten abgeschlossen, somit einziger Fluchtweg versperrt-und die Vermieterin telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
