Check in was smooth, and clearly stated how to get into the house. Main issues were (1) cleanliness was suspect, there was still a used washcloth in the shower, floor felt a little sticky throughout the house and (2) no blackout curtains or similar light blocking, and neighbors had a bright light shining into the house all night/morning sun was very bright. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot.
