“The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We were in the area to kayak the Kickapoo River and the cabin was close to where we launched (about 8 mins). It was cozy to relax in after 12.5 miles of kayaking. We enjoyed sitting outside, seeing wildlife including a deer, and hearing an owl at night. We plan to be back!”

“Kiosk check in took longer than expected. Facilities needs updating. Room was clean. TV volume would fluctuate from soft to louder.”

“When checking in to our room, it appeared clean yet there was an odor of cat urine. The hallway leading to our room had in-room trash receptacles full of trash and food containers outside several rooms as if guests appeared to be tenants rather then nightly guests. The hallway also had an odor of trash. The trash was not emptied until the cleaning staff emptied them mid morning the next day. The check-in staff was friendly yet could have utilized her time more throughout the evening. The morning……
