“We greatly enjoyed our stay @ Black Hawk once again. Very clean rooms, pools, property. Love staying there as we’re able to walk downtown & kids can enjoy both pools a little later. We will be back.”

“Love all about the stay just wish I would of been told at check in I would of been able to have water park passes was there Aug 27 and was supposed to left Aug 30 but I left early on August 29 do to a family emergency but the place was great differently will be staying there again if the price is right front desk staff was amazing as well and had some issues in my room I didn't know about and maintenance became and fixed it super nice people”

“Terrible stay. Asked to speak to a manger. Couldn’t. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.”

“Great experience. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We didn’t like the sound from the ac heater. They gave us a much better room. One thing have to say, I made 5 days reservation but some how it was 4 days. To our surprise our key card stopped working. We had to book one more day. The hotel staff would not give us a break on the room. Had to pay full price. So be careful hotel will not care. We are a repeat customer and that is not important to the hotel”
