"The ladies at the check in were amazing, explained everything! When we got into the hotel the sheets/pillows had small stains but nothing crazy we just changed them with the bed we weren’t using. The lagoon was perfect, if you didn’t know, there is fish in there but don’t panic they’re shy! The indoor pollo and hot tub were nice and also the arcade. We got coupons to do some stuff around the dells so that was nice, we will be coming back to the treehouse again this year!"

"We came up with the expectation to go to Noah’s Ark, only to find at check in that it was going to be closed both days we were going to be there. Even though it wasn’t their fault, Sarah, Jamie and John went above and beyond in helping us to get tickets for Mt Olympus, upgraded our room and gave us one day free. Our stay was excellent. The room and facilities were spotless, it was safe and clean and so convenient; both Noah’s Ark and Mt Olympus are just down the street. I can’t say enough good about this hotel and its staff. If this finds its way back to the named employees, thank you a million for saving our family trip!"
