Every single hotel employee that I interacted with during my 4 day stay was friendly and kind. The beds are comfortable while the rooms and common areas are kept very clean. The breakfast is good with options ranging from waffles and pancakes to cereal, muffins, mini danishes, scrambled eggs and sausages. There's also bagels with cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and instant oatmeal. My only suggestion for improving the breakfast would be a sugar-free syrup option for the pancakes/waffles for diabetics like myself. The property was in good repair. The only thing i noticed was one of the ceiling lights in my room wasn't quite flush with the ceiling. All things considered, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable!

The front desk staff was extremely nice and my daughter loved both the indoor and outdoor pool areas. Breakfast was also great with many options including make your own pancakes and waffles.

It wasn't enormous, which I preferred. I tripped over some metal thing protruding from the mattress and have a nasty ankle bruise now. Other than that, and the fact that the lobby does not sell sunscreen ( but sells every other swimming related thing) it was a great stay.

Me and my family have stayed here for about 3 or 4 times now is our go to Wisconsin dells hotel my boys love the inside and outside pool and free breakfast! Staff is nice and helpful. Will definitely come back next year!

Me and my family stayed there for the 4 of July it was awesome. As of now it’s one of the best hotels we stayed in the dells I had stayed in bigger ones like the wilderness and let me tell you this wingate is perfect just what we needed and free breakfast is a plus beds are so comfortable even the couch is amazing!! Not to mention the pool and hot tub is great coming back to this hotel again.

The property was clean and easy to get around. Pools were clean and great for younger kids. It was an easy drive to downtown and the major attractions but far enough that it wasn’t noisy or alot of crowds. Staff was nice, helpful and the breakfast was good and an easy way to feed a lot of kids early and get out day going

When we checked in, we were told that they have upgraded our room to a much more better room due to amount of days we were to stay. Only to find out the sink drain is clogged, thats the first day. We notified the manager in the morning and she promised to send someone to fix it. When we got back from activities, the sink was as it was dirty and clogged. The rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there. To cut the story short, i will not recommend this property, and will not return 😑
