“Nice hotel close to soccer field”

“Really nice place and we enjoyed our quick over night stay! We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!”

“No service room was received during my stay, despite it being scheduled. Just one small portion of the worst shampoo I have ever tried. No iron, no dryer. It has a kitchen but no items to use it, no pans, no silverware, literally nothing. It is a cheap option, but that is too austere.”

“What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. Had the girls just sleep with us. We……

“入住当天上午一直下雨，计划先到这个已经预定的酒店存放行李。抵达时才上午11点多，接待员工很热情查询了一下房间状态说可以提前入住，意外之喜。早餐相对简单一些，早餐区比较拥挤（另一方面说明入住率比较高）”

“I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.”
