“When we checked in, the room keys didn't work, so had to go back down because they were programmed wrong. Once got in room, there was only 1 washcloth. Upon leaving in the AM .we saw housekeeping a couple doors down and informed them. When we returned in the evening. NO Housekeeping at ALL. Husband went to front desk and was told housekeeping said we had card on door handle. He had to physically bring up fresh towels, coffee etc. Next day housekeeping came as we were getting dressed, I got……

“Breakfast was Not fresh. Coffee was stale on the first morning, fine after that. Room was not cleaned once during my 4 night stay. Air conditioning worked well.”

“Staff were engaging and pleasant, made sure to provide us with local information and insure that our stay was trouble free. The facilities were well maintained and our room was in perfect condition. Cof.fe was available 24/7 and the morning breakfast was well supplied and fresh.”

“Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.”

“This was my second stay with this location. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, but service desk helped us get some ice at the lobby. I made sure to get the same room as my last stay, I enjoy the quietness from hallway. Definitely plan to come back during the Special Olympics visit again. This location is the best from the campus activities.”

“The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available. ”
