"Parking was convenient. Room temp was difficult to control. Lighting is TV/desk area very poor. Refrigerator had thick ice and rocked in the cabinet when pulled to open. Coffee creamer apparently had been wet--both packets were pellets, not powder. Pool as seen from window filthy w/debris in it Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was so very friendly, helpful, and did say room renovation was in progress throughout the hotel."

"Clean but walls and doors looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time . Elevator and carpet the same . Guy that checked me in as not as pleasant as the older gentleman that did the check out . Breakfast was included when I booked Expedia but at the was told it was 13.00 per person . Not expected . "

"Property has indicated it is pet friendly, was charged $75 for a 15lb dog. Seems a little ridiculous "

"My room was clean & had everything I needed. Staff were very nice and breakfast selection was pretty good. Parking lot is very small & the elevator went out my last day there but other than that my stay was great."

"We chose this hotel because an indoor pool was listed as an amenity. When we checked in, we were told the pool was out of service, but we could use it anyway, if we wanted. When we looked at the pool, it was awful, with leaves floating on the surface and a towel at the bottom. A bar on the top floor was advertised. When we made our way there for a drink, we couldn't find it, because it was shut down. Once we go to our room, we took our shoes off and tried to get comfortable. That was a mistake. The carpets were gross and our socks were dirty in minutes. The bathrooms were terrible, with fixtures coming off the walls and flickering lights behind the mirror. When we tried to call the front desk to ask for more towels, we discovered there was no phone in the room. This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had, and we highly suggest finding another place to stay."

"Support was not what I expected, I reserved 2 rooms well in advance. When calling to check in found out one room was cancelled. Never got a call or message or email had to find other arrangements at 11:00 at night. "
