The room was clean and nice. The AC vent needed to be cleaned, it had mildew on it. The "closet" area was small, but we made the space in the room work for us. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available.

Older and it shows. I had to ask for a hair dryer and an in room coffee maker but had to call twice. They did manage to scrounge each of those items up . The room across the hall was wide open and no one in it. I mentioned that to them and they said no one was in that room and the. Went and closed it. Just seemed odd. I will not be staying here again

I didn’t stay and ask for a cancellation. The picture and ad on the internet doesn’t match the premises. It was dirty and not maintained. The staff smell of marijuana and said it was another customer. The smell was very strong and lingered during our conversation. I am in the process of asking for a refund and will follow through with whoever I need to have a discussion. Thank you Jennifer Rudd

The room we had was suppose to be handicap and it was not. You could not get in the shower because it had a raised bathtub. There was roaches and ants in the room that we had to take care of ourselves. They never came to the room to get dirty towels or give us clean towels. They did not notify people that the pool was not in service and my kids was really upset so I had to deal with that. The cereal dispenser was not in working condition and most places have fruit and little muffins or cookies for there guests in the evening. I know now to ask about the pools and evening snacks, for the money I spent on the room they should have something for the guests.

Wait a year. ZERO room cleaning. There a week and zip. A FINANCIAL RIPOFF at the moment. Should not even be allowing personnel to stay there with the extensive renovation going on.

The first day we stayed there, we checked in around 3:30 PM. At about 4:15 PM, a random man walked into our room using a key that had been given to him by the front desk. He immediately apologized and explained that the front desk had given him keys to our room and told him it was his assigned room. When we went down to the lobby to figure out what had happened, we were initially brushed off because the lobby was busy. Once we were finally able to speak with someone at the front desk, they apologized for the mix-up and sent us on our way. I understand it was a busy weekend, but this was a serious safety concern. Other than a quick apology and being told it would not happen again, nothing else was done to address the situation.
