Beautiful 2 bedroom house in Yonkers, NY. 30 minutes from NYC. 5 minutes away from Ridge Hill or Cross County Mall. 10 minutes drive or a taxi away from Amtrak or Metro North trains. Walking distance to Tuckahoe Rd where you can catch public bus. Walking distance to grocery store and nearby plaza with other stores. Near all major highways. Quiet and desired neighborhood. Home attached to a two family home but feels like a separate house with no one living above or below. Backyard Yard

Worth Renting

Convenient location to upstate snd downtown NYC. All the rooms were good size. Appreciate the welcoming outside space both out front and in the back area. Plan to come back later this year.

Run…

Got into town late and was surprised but the lack of furniture but we’ll make do. Made sure the beds were clean, and they were unlike the remainder of the furniture couch and 2 ottoman. The shelving in the homemade closet had rat poison on it so that was a no go. Piled my clothes on the stained ottoman and went to bed.When I woke to have coffee on the lovely back deck unfortunately it wasn’t lovely at all.I contact the host with no satisfaction then to VRBO which hasn’t gone anywhere since the host won’t call back. So I have put a claim through my credit card company. I stayed at this apartment 1 night out of 12 days.Very unhappy
