Minutes from the intersection of I-83 and Route 30 in Emigsville, Pa., yet with a rural vibe and silence of the country. Quiet neighbors, host lives next door. Kitchen, office, living, dining, three bedrooms with two queen beds and one futon double. Shaded back deck for outdoor eating. Park right in front of your door or enjoy off-street parking. Paul was a great host! He communicated all of the information I needed, and was always prompt answering the random questions I did have. My family really enjoyed their stay, especially spending time on the back patio. We will very likely stay there again

This was a great home away from home. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. It was a great launching spot to meet others for activities and also a comfy spot to just chill. A thorough and thoughtful accommodations. Paul is an outstanding host.

Paul was wonderful to work with. The house was so comfortable, welcoming, and well supplied with special touches. It was very clean and suited our family perfectly. The location was very centralized to what we needed as well.

Quiet, clean, and cozy! Host was very responsive and accommodating. The home has everything you need, and the thoughtful touches Paul added created a memorable experience. We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing a few dishes to take with us. This will be our go-to place to stay when visiting our family.

Paul had this place absolutely set up perfect for us. We didn't have to ask him a single question during our stay because everything was labeled so well. Very cozy and perfectly located for us. Would definitely book this place again in a heart beat when we come back to visit the York PA area.

We had a fantastic say at this location. The host was accommodating to any and all of our needs was kind and polite. We had absolutely no issues with our stay, the host or the accommodations. Would highly recommend a stay in this location with this host. Communication with the host was easily accessible, prompt and courteous.

Holiday in Emigsville

We stayed over the Christmas holiday to visit with family in the area. It was perfect for our needs. Cute little place with great beds! It had everything we needed for our stay. Paul was very accessible, knows the area and is close by to help with any unusual needs.

Home Away From Home

My family had a wonderful stay. The house is adorable and well equipped for cooking meals or just enjoying the views from the back deck. Our Tesla had no problems when plugged into the available EV charger.

Cute and perfect!

This was a perfect location for us to use for visiting family in the area! It was only 10 minutes away, well equipped, and quite comfortable. The host was super communicative and easy to contact. The garden was also a lovely place to hang out in the evenings. Stairs are a bit narrow, but we felt that only added to the character of the place. Very comfy; we'd love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Paul's place. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. It is apparent that Paul takes pride in his place by his attention to detail. A few things we loved are bottled water in the fridge, York peppermint patties on the beds, pop tarts, hot water carafe, personal internet and door lock codes and EV charger (we got 38mph charge). It is a two-story row house with an empty field across from it. The first floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen and a reading room/office. The second floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a room with a futon that can be made into a bed. The stairway is steep and stairs are shallow, but this was not a problem for us. It is clean and comfortable. We were in town for a graduation in Mt. Wolf. The location was great.
