A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.

El espacio es lindisimoo y está súper bien ubicado!!! El servicio y atención, regular. El desayuno incluido…muy malo: porciones pequeñas, servicio lento e alimentos insípidos.

Me parece el mejor lugar para quedarse en Zacatecas/ relación costo beneficio además de incluir el desayuno Lo único a mejorar es la parte del estacionamiento ya que no cuenta con espacio dentro del hotel, es una vecindad a la vuelta y si llegas después de las 6 tendrás que buscar espacio en otro lugar. En general muy bien!

I booked a nice and quite room in the back of the hotel. Upon check-in I was offered a "better and larger room on the frontside with great city views and even a balcony" for $400 extra. There would be a concert on the square, but I was assured it would only be from 8 pm until 10 pm. I accepted the offer and found myself in a extremely noisy room, with a balcony door that could not close and not just the "rehearsal" noise from the concert less than 50 meters away from 3 pm on, but with a heavy power generator for the concert's power supply running just under my window. When I asked to undo the "upgrade", I was told the other room was not available anymore. The building might have some historic value, but infrastructure and above all the service are terrible !! Hardly a 2 star hotel. The only positive element is the location in the historic center of Zacatecas, steps away from the main sqare and the catedral.
