“The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful. ”

“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”

“Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and……

“Cet endroit est un chef d'oeuvre de mauvaise construction. Les chambres sont tellement mal isolé que l'on entend tout des chambres voisines. Les avions semblent atterrrir dans notre chambres, les douches tombent en ruine....ect”

“Room clean and had everything you need and more …. Had a full candy dish and Nespresso machine! They gave baskets of water and cakes at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was about 1 km from Medina but nice clean safe area and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for Uber. Highly recommended! ”
