"My daughter and I can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed this Riad. The service was outstanding, accommodations were delightful, and the food & tea were delicious. The warmth of the staff have left an imprint in our hearts. We especially loved Haj ( ?) who escorted and guided us when needed . The only thing to be aware of its very close to the tannery’s so the air isn’t too pleasant when working and transportation is 20euros."

"Overall a pretty to look at property, but experience suffered from a dominating bad smell from the nearby tannery, zero sound proofing in the bedrooms (even with ear plugs we were awakened many times), and a horrible customer service experience with our departure causing us to miss our train out of Marrakech with little apology or urgency from the staff. At check in we reserved a car to the train station for the next day at 10:40 for our 11:35 train for 250 MAD. At checkout we were there...
