Conveniently located off Highway 50 (expect some road noise).
Across from Zephyr Point.
One mile to Zephyr Cove Beach for public use.

Important Details:
There are no real Lake View, while it can be a peek-a-boo, it's a limited view due to pine trees that block it.
Potential for hazardous road conditions in winter and air quality issues in summer; travel insurance is highly recommended.
Please make right turns only when exiting onto Highway 50 for safety.

Pet Policy:

Pets are subject to owner approval (additional fee applies). If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No cats allowed.
Absolutely no smoking; fines start at $500.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled 60 days before check-in.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for added protection.

The use of fireworks on or near the property is strictly prohibited. The actual inside was nice but the parking lot, outside noise, comfort of the bed were all quite frustrating. The property is directly on the highway, which felt a little misleading from the listing. The price for what you get here just isn’t worth it. There isn’t enough parking space for all renters which forced me into a frustrating position, having to park a good ways away. While the property management communication was excellent, the whole experience not something I can say I appreciate dealing with at 400/night.
