“I’m comfortable of staying this hotel. The sea view from window is beautiful.”

“Super noisy bathroom exhaust and heating fan in the room. Bed is too high. Lack of basic supply such as tooth brush. No place to sit for breakfast. ”

“Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!”

“The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet.”

“This was a nice well-kept two-story property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and confrontable. Served Starbucks coffee! Had some breakfast chooses. Not much in the area to do but right off the freeway for quick access to wherever you want to go. Close to Costco. Priced well. Would stay here again.”

“Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room.”

“I checked in late, 9pm, and there was no one to help on site with check in. Needed to call an after hours line. Door to my room was open which was strange. Overall property was nice and room was spacious.”

“Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. ”

“Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature. Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay.”

“We had a great time in the cabin. It was well stocked, had a nice layout, and was bigger than expected. The bunk bed are creatively placed and reminiscent of a cubby hole. The property is undergoing upgrades to the public restrooms so it will be even better soon. ”

“The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.”
