“Three night trip up north coast and Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff member was welcoming. We reserved a family room for four at nearly $540 per night. Bringing our 9 lb dog added another $150, plus a resort fee that was supposed to cover amenities like the gym, coffee, and pastries. However, when we went for coffee at 9 a.m., we were told it ended at 8 a.m., which felt intentionally cheap. We ended up paying another $30 for three coffees at the bar, where the service was……

The fire place in the room we booked did not work, the faucets leaked and needed tightened, you couldn’t have just the room light on without the fan. “We booked a classic single but wanted kitchenette so we were upgraded to the studio cottage with kitchenette for the same price. Then when we got there they upgraded us again to a double room with kitchenette at the same price. Room was clean nicely decorated and so close to wineries and a short drive to camping and ocean access. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I can say slightly negative is a neighbor has peacocks and was surprised how loud they were at 3:00am. All in all a great……
