“Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.”

“06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the……

“I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this……
