“Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return.”

My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“The staff was very friendly. I enjoy the simplicity of the rooms and not having carpet was wonderful. I also love that guests aren’t allowed to leave trash in the hallway. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.”

“When we arrived, we were informed that the property owners are now assessing a new $5.00 per day "general" charge. Staff had no idea what charge was for. I insisted charge be removed and it was the next day. Was not listed on expedia website or anything posted at site. I did not feel being "ambushed" at check in was fair. Staff very nice and apologetic. Will make IHG aware. Other than that, stay was good.”
