“Our stay was made so lovely by Lucy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was perfectly quiet.”

“Staff was ok. When we arrived and went to our room the ac was turned off and the room was hot and humid. It took sometime for the room to cool off. The bathroom was not clean. There was short hair in several places in the tub/shower as well as short black hair embedded in one of the towels. The hair dryer was yellowed and dirty it made scrapping noises producing a burning smell. The room doors are exterior doors and our room happened to be in a hallway instead of an open walkway. My remote turned the TV on & the volume could be adjusted, but you couldn’t change the channel. Fridge was cold, microwave worked. Breakfast was only available 8-9 am”
