“It stinks. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable the minute you walk in. The bed are a hundred years old and uncomfortable. And have old bedspread. ”

“The room had not been turned down. There was food and strands of hair in the bed, when we pulled back the sheets. There was a clump of hair on the floor next to the lamp. It was disgusting. We could not stay there. We do not need fancy, but cleanliness is a must. ”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the……

“I love this place! It’s so cozy and cute. Staff is nice. Check in was easy. Adorable little cabing style. Place is clean and decorated super cute. Nice view of the river. We stay in Delta several times a year and this is my new go to place to stay. It’s the cutest place in all of Delta. ”

“Room was clean staff were eh but what really threw me was the flat out lie that theres a pool. I paid the extra $40 a night becausr the listing said it has a pool. A contract with the rec center 2 ish miles away is cool bur the pool is barely open unless thats what youre there for because it closes at 5. My kids were heart broken to say the least”

“It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. Even 1 person cannot have a shower with hot water. *FLOOR……
