“Great service from check-in to check-out (and everything during our stay). Breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety from warm food to fresh fruit and juice. Clean all the way around, inside, outside, hallways, rooms, and lobby. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area.”

“We reserved a 2 queen bed room with frig & microwave. Told on arrival there wasnt one. After protest, were moved to another room with them. Uh-huh. The microwave and frig were obviously years old with mold on frig seals, missing drink bars replaced with string, rusty, awful looking. The room we stayed in was @ back of hotel by woods; on multiple trips from car to room an unhoused man repeatedly panhandled us up close & personal. Half expected car to be damaged, but wasnt. 1 bed had a……

“The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. ”

“We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.”

“I loved this hotel! Was not disappointed with anything. Its located right next to the beach you walk out and you're there. Rooms are clean lots of small touches that cater to guests. Full self service snack area, staff professional but very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment never need to drive anywhere unless you choose. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Surfside ⛱️ beach.”

“The room smells dirty, almost like smoke and dirt…. Carpets in rooms and hallways are old and dirty and worn..even air conditioning in room smelled and it wasnt a good stay…beds are ok, not great.. We wont ever stay here again, .. we stayed here a few years ago and it was much nicer back then…. This hotel needs a major upgrade…”

“Room was excellent, nice and clean. Staff was friendly, biggest issue was an extra charge to my room that was authorized from the backyard bar. Spoke to multiple staff members about it but nothing has been done. The result of the interaction was enough to deter me from staying again. ”

So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. “Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
