“I can’t complain too much I got exactly what I paid for. Based off pictures alone I did believe my room would’ve been slightly bigger. Instead it was a room with a bathroom where you had to stand awkwardly behind the toilet to close the door. One side of the bed was just too close to the wall to get in. The kitchen sink took at least an hour to drain completely. Aside from the room the only complaint I really would’ve had would be the smell of other guests smoking pot on the balconies at all……

“The staff were very polite and attentive. Our dog was welcomed. The few unexpected downfalls include.. One, the elevators only had one working so we used the stairs to go to our 7th floor room since there were long wait times w other guests. Two, the indoor pool that my kids were excited to use was closed for maintenance. Three, at 10:50 pm they started shampooing the hallway carpet outside our room because the room across the way flooded? Then the fire alarm blasted at 8 am because someone……

“We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we were never disappointed. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. I was caught off guard that there was no carpet in the room but, to be honest, the wood flooring was nice, I really think this helps keep down any odors from previous guests and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was super friendly and the food was good for a hotel breakfast. Must try the mini pancakes. Housekeeping……

“My dad made it there a little after 6 pm and was unable to check in. We called the entire weekend and no answer, manager Nancy was very rude when explaining everything. She stated she called my dad, left messages, and messaged on Expedia. She does not have his number, email or anything as he is listed as a traveler under my account, meaning everything will come to me. There are no missed called or messages. I would never recommend anyone book there. ”

“Muy mal hotel la verdad no lo recomiendo porque la habitación me la dieron sucia sin limpiarla yo tuve que comprar utensilios para limpiar la habitación. Las llaves que nos dieron no servían las tuve que ir a cambiar ya para la salida el elevador no funcionaba tuve que bajar 6 pisos de escalones y ni siquiera te brindan la atención de ayudarte con tus maletas muy mal servicio pésimo hotel me decepcionó mucho por qué las fotos de presentación son una cosa y la otra es la realidad cuando miras la……
