“There was hair in the bathroom, only shampoo with no conditioner, no blow dyer. The room had a musty smell. They also charged a refundable 50 dollars for the room. That was not disclosed on Expedia. We also had a lovely view of the dumpster out of our window. Our sheets were stained. Charging a refundable 50 fee when the room was not up to far seems unfair it should be the other way around after I had to clean up the halr in the bathroom.”

“Staff very helpful and friendly Very clean room but dated. We had problems with the toilet in our room flushing properly. Took several flushes to empty. Your internet was difficult to use. Never could get it on my phone. I retuned to the room in need of a nap due to a headache and a very large dog in the next room barked constantly. Your location is great and Appalachian brewing company was great.”

“Very reasonable priced for a busy time in Gettysburg. My room was recently renovated and there were plenty of choices for breakfast. The room was clean and the A/C worked well considering it was 96 degrees when I got to Gettysburg.”

“I have stayed here twice a year for the last 6 years and had been happy enough with the convenience, the safety and the spacious rooms. They have always been a bit outdated and that never bothered me, they were clean enough, quiet and affordable . But sadly this would be my last stay there for a multiple of reasons. A safe with no door, air conditioning that was faulty (moved rooms), water stains, carpet stains, wall damage. (Previous visit had ants, missing closet door and wet floor around ac)……

“Biggest thing when I went to check in I was told my room wasn’t completely paid for had a surprise had to pay a 50 dollar deposit in case my pet did damage and I told him I didn’t have a pet he said you still have to pay a security deposit.after you check out and we inspect the room it will be refunded.I just don’t agree with this surprise charge.”
