“I stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus/Near Fort Moore for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I arrived, the room had several maintenance issues. There was no shower curtain, and I had to go to the front desk to report it. The same front desk employee had to come up and install it. Its also less than a mile from one of the gates, although you may still have to enter through the main gate to get a pass if you're visiting for an event. “Stayed for graduation. Columbus is a little rough but our hotel stay was just fine for the purpose of being there twwo nights for a graduation at Benning. It's close to base and a walmart . Its not the nicest rooms just dated but it's not the worst it truly was just fine for our purpose. The mail lobby area was nice and easy place to gather and hang out. No complaints here. If you want someething fancy stay downtown and be ready to drive about 15 minutes to get to the graduation stuff. ”

“The wifi absolutely does not work. My toilet seat was coming off and when I told the receptionist she looked annoyed and asked if I could fix it. I tried tightening the screws, but they're stripped. Ice machine was broken. There was a rip in the comforter and my foot kept going into it. But, room was mostly clean. Our socks turned a different color pretty fast from the floors.
