“Staff was awesome and friendly but we couldn’t get a quiet nights sleep. I believe there was an army graduation ceremony the weekend we stayed and it seemed like there were very booked and every night people in and out until 12am, every time their room door closes it slams and you can hear it and feel it throughout the whole first floor it was enough to wake you up. It was very annoying. The guests had no courtesy. I don’t think the staff could do anything about it, not their fault. Also there……

“We were not acknowledged initially at the desk. The young lady was on the phone with a customer, but didn’t even bother to look up at us while she was talking. After that check-in was very easy. My travel companion and I each booked a room. Mine was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic bags for the trash cans were draped over the side, not put into the bins. The bathroom is old and needs updating. A previous guest, I assume, had set the alarm clock for 1:45 AM. Needless to……

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room is two treadmills and some dumbbells. The room setup was decent and the bed was comfortably soft. All of the experience was ruined with the roaches. I had to buy a can of RAID to combat that inconvenience during a holiday weekend where the hotel was fully booked.”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“We were told we could only have one towel person and if we wanted new ones we had to bring our old ones and exchange it. We stayed for 4 nights and not one time did housekeeping come. We ran out of toilet paper! Lights didn't work in the bathroom. Beds weren't even made properly upon arrival. When we called about a water issue we were informed the manager was mad for being called. We just wanted our hot water work. Pool was extremely dirty and lobby trash cans were over flowing every day!”
