“The room smells awful, the shower is very dirty, and the shower curtain is disgusting. I also had 17 packages delivered to the hotel from Amazon, and the staff said that they don't have them because the manager would return them to Amazon. I called Amazon, and Amazon confirmed that the packages were delivered. No return had been initiated; they hold on to my properties and refuse to give them to me.”

“The room was great. Loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was small but good with yogurt and berries and chocolate granola. The Keurig type coffee selection was superb. Only downside was there are no restaurants in the area. You do have to drive to the nearest town for dinner about 20 minutes.”

“We stayed here for two night for my son graduation. I booked through Expedia on July 19 and paid a total of 217.97. Once I arrived at the hotel they asked for my card again and charged me another 217.97. Now I’m trying to contact the property to get reimbursed with no luck.”

“Expedia should no longer offer contracts with this facility. They are disgusting and scamming people. The front desk workers all just need a job so they could care less about helping customers properly. The facility in a whole, needs to be audited. The food in the lobby is old. The pool looks like a swamp lake of still water. The location is all the way over there and no one was helpful, for anything. The only positive experience was the young lady who came to clean my room. And she was fairly……

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“Clean and Quiet. Bed is good. Looks better than outside. A good choice. Need deposit, but return the deposit should be at 11:00am . Wait until 11:00Am, waste my time. ”

“Cockroaches everywhere”

“Warning: if you expect super cleanliness in your room, do not stay here. First room: black mold on ceiling and no clean surfaces anywhere except the bathroom. Second room: tiny ants everywhere and food crumbs and a peanut under sheets in one bed. Otherwise, comfy beds and nice hot water for a tub soak. Breakfast ok; coffee good. Pool filter appeared to not be running so did not swim. Of note: is not on Central time, but is on Eastern like Georgia. I'd love a discount or even a refund!”
