“The property is beautiful- spacious, airy and very clean. The owner was very responsive to all communications and easy to work with. The only complaint would be one night of loud music from the establishment across the street, otherwise it’s a very quiet neighborhood. ”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next……
