“Central location in Wilmington, NC. The accommodations were basic but comfortable. I booked it as a VRBO booking . I knew it was a motel, as we had stayed there before, in a smaller room, but I would have thought as a VRBO booking that there would have been basic kitchen amenities/supplies. There was nothing. Know that if you use this location, you will need to bring 100% of your supplies, if you plan to cook. There were a few minor issues: i.e. microwave light did not work. A drawer was……

“Excellent host and property. The young folks all loved the pool, and we loved that we could sit so close and enjoy their fun. The home was very clean, well-maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The host was the best ever for communication, answering any questions and even got a fly swatter delivered within hours after I asked if there was one in the house. The gym area was very much appreciated by my son also. The kitchen had everything we needed, very thoughtful with stocking it. We……

“Property was as advertised. All required items you may need available in the kitchen with a full size fridge. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon/evening cocktails overlooking the River. The parking garage was a couple of blocks away but this is not a problem since you can stop by the apartment to drop off and load up the car. All in all a great few days.”
