“Our stay started poorly as there were a number of issues with our room. After overhearing our conversation with the front desk we were approached by Deanna who was with the property management company. Not only did she and her GM have our room completely recleaned but they comped us an additional night. New management is working hard to bring tjis resort to what it can be. Great location terrific price for oceanfront suite. We will certainly try Sancastle again in the future.”

“Great stay for the price. Room could use some upgrades , my room could have used a new comforter. But overall i would stay again for the price. I gave 5/5 because it was good for the price and in a good location. Actually better than expected. Staff was friendly. I did not see any bugs at all.”

“ive stayed here before and ive always enjoyed being close to the boardwalk for a good price. i liked how you had to ask for housekeeping and i was just left alone. its clean, comfy, affordable, and kind front desk people. ”

“I visited on a Monday for one night. Check in was easy and my room was ready before the 4pm time. The room was clean, cool and had everything needed. Bed was overall comfy and clean sheets/pillows. Balcony faced the pool and Pool towels were in the closet. The pool area was great for our family reunion and everyone had a blast. The walk to the beach was quick across the empty lot despite not being a “beachfront” hotel. My car was parked in front of my room. Staff was helpful and caring. Is on……

“I didn't get to go on my vacation because you canceled my room! Then o was harrassed by you employees everyday throufh calls and messages! On top of everything, you tried taking money out of my bank account!! I owe you nothing! How can you charge for a canceled room?! I will never book through your company or refer anyone to you!!”
