“It was clean, had extra of everything we needed”

“Called front desk twice overnight to report people screaming that could be heard in my room. Nothing was done and no report was made by the night staff ”

“Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. ”

“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. “ Although the person at check-in was very cordial and helpful, she didn't seem interested in getting me help with my luggage. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and her answer to my inquiry about a baggage cart was that they must have been in use. In other hotels, a worker was called to help me. I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the pool area was okay and usable, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and some of the sheets had noticeable stains, which was very concerning. The bathtub also had drainage issues, with water not draining properly during use.
