“This hotel is in a very nice place this is the only thing that was great.Very run down old mattress mixed flooring in rooms door that won't open unless you jiggle the handle shower got stuck on the indoor pool made whole hotel smell like mold only one elevator worked never saw the hallway carpets vacuumed second day all guest cards got deactivated so people were locked outside no sign to go to desk to fix problem the hotel manager was complaining they woke him up at 4 am and said what did they……

“ Although the person at check-in was very cordial and helpful, she didn't seem interested in getting me help with my luggage. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and her answer to my inquiry about a baggage cart was that they must have been in use. In other hotels, a worker was called to help me. I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton……

“Great location with an easy walk to all of the fun things to do in the area. The room was spacious and the view from the room was excellent. Full ocean view with nice balcony. The beach was well groomed and there were plenty of places to relax and enjoy both the beach and the pool. The wristbands give you access to several pools and hot tubs along the strand. We rented a beach cabana which was great and enjoyed the easy access to the restaurants and bars on site. The only issues we had during……
