“Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.”

“The staff was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was solid, but did get old after 2 days as there was zero variety day to day. Adding some more fresh fruit options or changing up the hot items would have made it better. The rooms and linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were remodeled at some point, but are starting to show wear. We used the pool area and found it was good. The pool deck and pool surround is in need of repair outside (broken tiles, outdoor pool ladder……

“The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check……

“Great clean hotel. Room felt brand new, the kitchenette was very nice. Neighborhood is very safe yet close to everything. Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Lexington.”

“The stay was good! The carpet in our room was pretty dirty and we have young kids so I was not at all pleased with that. The staff was great and the breakfast was good.”

“Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again.”
