The room was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They printed a document I needed for a conference since their business center was closed as part of a renovation that is currently affecting a lot of the hotel. Parking was a little tricky because there weren't enough spaces. The hotel could be a lot more eco-friendly.
Even though the rooms have compostable coffee cups, the breakfast area is a single-use plastic bomb, with styrofoam plates, cups, and plastic utensils, none of which can be recycled so it all goes to a landfill and never biodegrades, polluting the planet forever. Holiday Inn, get on the ball. I am willing to pay a little more to not feel bad about wrecking the planet.
