Not a nice welcome, renovations going on on first floor. Older decor in the room. Meeting room serving as the breakfast room. Would not stay there again. Much better experience at the Hampton Inn across the street 5 weeks ago but they were sold out. Now I know why.

Rooms were very dated but clean....with the exception of the tub. It was gross. Construction on main floor in eating area. Ate in board room with limited selection o Styrofoam plates and cups. Come on Holiday Inn...you can do better!

The room was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They printed a document I needed for a conference since their business center was closed as part of a renovation that is currently affecting a lot of the hotel. Parking was a little tricky because there weren't enough spaces. The hotel could be a lot more eco-friendly. Even though the rooms have compostable coffee cups, the breakfast area is a single-use plastic bomb, with styrofoam plates, cups, and plastic utensils, none of which can be recycled so it all goes to a landfill and never biodegrades, polluting the planet forever. Holiday Inn, get on the ball. I am willing to pay a little more to not feel bad about wrecking the planet.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was well stocked & tasty. Even while going through a renovation the hotel was wonderful. We have never had any issues when staying at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites, always a positive experience.
