The roomed smelled of urine. He said the urine is under the carpet in the matting and there is nothing they could do about it because they are a pet friendly hotel. It was a room with 2 queen beds. One bed had no pillows and the manager had no more pillows in the hotel. He said the hotel had no more rooms to move too. Funny thing was, I went to Expedia and rooms were available for that night.

We had reserved a double bed room. At check-in they only had a single available. We asked for extra sheets/blankets which were available, but no extra pillows. We asked for a set of extra towels, no clean towels available.

Cleaning service once every 2 weeks but only stayed a week. They won’t even empty trash. Back door broken. Elevator common areas dirty. You have to go get own sheets to change bed. Even though there is a sign that says you can exchange sheets anytime on third floor staff complained that I asked at 10:30p. Told me next time to ask before ten. When asked before 10p there wasn’t any linen or towels available
