“The property was superb. The building manager, Audrey, was wonderful! The room was quite comfortable and very charming with amenities like a microwave oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. The shower was exquisite! The king-size bed was relaxing. For the height of the tourist season, the facility was QUIET. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, but did see other guests coming and going. Very walkable to town center and the ferry dock; yes, about 10 minutes. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Anchor Inn. We had to abandon our boat in the mooring field because of a storm. We arrived at the ill with a chill, and the proprietor, Nate, immediately brought us a heater for our room. The bed was very cozy—great sheets and pillows! “This house was great for what we needed. Plenty of space, very nice property and a beautiful home. The lower bedroom that leads to the back-porch was a little noisy and you could hear whatever was going on in the main floor above but we managed since we were always awake at the same time anyway. The book left for us with helpful information came in handy and was very much appreciated. I had questions and the hosts were great at getting back to us quickly both times which was great.
