“Nice condo”

“Location was excellent. Short walk to beach. Quick response to questions. Beds were very comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. A plus for a group of 8 girlfriends. House layout was great and tv channel choices was wonderful. House was a little tired but would rent it again. ”

“The place smelled really bad like cigarettes. Go into the bathroom and it smelled like sewage. Rugs were filthy black dirt on our feet. Queen size bed right in the living room behind the tv.”

“Condition of the property was as advertised including a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the hosts' responsiveness.”

“Our stay was good, but this space would be too cramped with 8 people. With five or six it seemed crowded in the common areas and needs more seating in the living room, although I don't know where you could put any more. Smaller than I expected, but pics are accurate. It's a 4th floor corner unit, the balcony was always in the shade, close to the next building, and overlooks the parking lot. We didn't use it at all because it was never sunny and in Feb. the wind between the buildings and walkways...

“Very nice condo, great neighborhood, gps directions sucked but rental company responded quickly and led us right there. Check in was super simple. Online it looked like we were right on the beach but it wasn’t a bad walk. Pools were nice and clean. Not too far from all the restaurants, shopping, and fun stuff for the kids. Would definitely book again!! ”

“Great location! Accommodations perfect for our family gathering with 4 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, loft sleeping area, 2 living rooms, large kitchen and dining area, wet bar, swimming pool, hot tub and backyard with dock on the lagoon. Easy walk to the beach for plenty of beach time! Outside of the house could use some cleaning (branches, leaves, pine straw, etc) on entrance way, deck and roof. Highly recommend this property!”
