“I arrived on 7/7/26 having booked and paid for a room for 1 night. The property was locked up and no sign of life at all. I was put in a vulnerable position of having nowhere to stay and having to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Expedia tried to help me which was difficult as my phone was running out of charge . Not happy to be placed in this position by the host or Expedia and will be insisting that they take the property off their site to avoid a repetition. Another guest……
