“This is an old-style motor lodge one would find on a U.S. Highway in the 50s or 60s. The decor shows it. If you are seeking a fancy, glitzy resort, go elsewhere. If you want a clean, safe, convenient hotel, go here. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, but dated. They service the room every day! And restock your coffee! “The house was great. Close to towns, great views, walkable neighborhood, kitchen was outfitted well and the owner was incredibly responsive. The only surprise was that there was no AC in the bedrooms (and it was incredibly hot the week we were there) but there were fans to keep the air moving and it was comfortable. Had it not been so hot, we might not have even noticed. The showers were great, well done with all kinds of extras. Definitely a good value. ”
