“Property was awesome, water systems and septic systems need upgrading. Bearly any pressure and little or no hot water for the showers. We have stayed many times in Costa Rica and the issues that I have mentioned seem to apply to most properties. We go for the Pura Vida and we were not disapointed. ”

“This was the perfect home away from home. The house had everything we needed to stay in Sámara comfortably for a week—including thoughtful extras like pool floats and sand toys for my little one. The air conditioners in each bedroom worked perfectly and cooled the rooms down within minutes. We often didn’t even need to run the AC overnight. And having air conditioning in the main living area was such a treat—something many homes in the area don’t offer.The washing machine and two drying lines……

“This property is AMAZING!! Coltin is the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Coltin is basically a travel agent. He setup our transportation, excursions, chef, massages etc. the property was exquisite! It was clean, well stocked and a great location. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely be looking up his other properties too! We had a group of 26 people and traveling with a group that big can be very stressful but Coltin made it so easy and actually relaxing. ”

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……
