We couldn’t decipher if it was a mold/mildew smell or cat urine. We opened the windows, which barely functioned, to get rid of the smell but froze because of it overnight. There was a smashed dead roach in the shower and the couch looked dirty with stains. The house was not clean. The floors were very uneven and the house actually moved/swayed anytime somebody was walking. It felt like we were on a cruise ship in rough waters.
