From the beginning there were issues communicating with the host, since they relied on housekeeping to reslove any issue which in the end nothing was resolved. The thermostat was set to 55 degrees, no blankets were provided, and the heater didn't distibute equally throughout the house making certain bedrooms cold while others were extremely hot. "Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names."
