"We had a rough star since we stopped by to see if we could check in early. They gave us access to the pool and bar and told us that they will text us. We got the text around 6 pm (2 hours after the regular time). When we got there, our room wasn't ready. There one only one lady taking care of the front desk. She apologized and contacted the maids that were already gone and confirmed that four more other rooms were ready, they weren't... Finally, she upgraded to a Ocean front room. It was clean and the view was excellent! We just stayed one night since we decided to extend our regular time."
