“Easy communication to get on list for complimentary shuttle from airport. The Manager of the property as well as her husband are the nicest people! The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Area was safe and quiet. We would be happy to stay at this property when we visit the KC area again! ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
