“I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it……

“Be prepared to pay for parking and it's complicated. It doesn't act like it goes through and then ends up charging you three times. The place is older but clean. Beds are older and not as comfortable as others that we have stayed in. Kind of pricey for the quality.”

“It was a very quick visit. Shuttle drivers and staff were excellent. Check in out out was quick. Room was very clean however I did find a bug in the bathroom. I told the staff upon checkout and they were very receptive and grateful. I would definitely come back”
