“Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.”

“Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Lots of under 12 girls with family in tow for a dance competetion in town. Quiet after 10pm so all was good! Great breakfast next morning! Easy check out. Sad the pool was under maintenace from earlier in the day so sad about that. I'll survive this one...”

“Upon entry of room, a strong odor of wet dog was present. Weren’t able to open windows for fresh air. Asked for a different room and request was denied. If the hotel is going to be pet friendly, perhaps only certain floors or rooms should be as the turn around time for cleaning rooms is not enough time and the smell just doesn’t come out. ”

“The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub. ”
