“Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.”

“Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Lots of under 12 girls with family in tow for a dance competetion in town. Quiet after 10pm so all was good! Great breakfast next morning! Easy check out. Sad the pool was under maintenace from earlier in the day so sad about that. I'll survive this one...”

“Our first room was dirty. Someone’s dirty socks on the floor & hair on floor in bathroom. Was lucky they had another room to switch us to. The next room had a wet floor after the rain, not sure if leaked through window or ac unit. Breakfast at 7am was already running out of food, Will not stay again or recommend.”

“I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet. ”

“The staff is the best! Super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very modern. Excellent breakfast! ”

“Breakfast is ok, the pancakes ,French toast were rubbery because of trying to keep warm,the omelet station was the best although they ran out of egg whites.”

“Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.”

“The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much……
