“The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building.”

“I always feel that this hotel has its own unique way of welcoming guests be it from the entrance right up to the room. the receptionist has offered a best gesture with fast check-in & lovely smile, and the room looks dated in terms of the decor but it's becoming authentic but surprisingly clean & refreshed. I love the spaciousness of the room with their comfy bathroom & the bed. Not to mention, the hotel convenient location & easy access parking is another plus point. Worth every money spent!”
