“從我駕車入來，接待我們一家的酒店門口職員開始，包括初期接待我們的外籍男職員及一位女職員，及至接待處的一位華裔職員，他們都十分殷勤、有禮貌、細心及熱情！絕對感受到這酒店的管理文化是特級水平，像六星級的酒店水準！ 我們有五大件行李在車上，兩位職員已第一時間幫忙處理，安排上房！之後外籍職員帶領我們到十四樓接待處，期間順道介紹酒店設施及其位置！之後再由接待處職員接待我們，她是一位能說普通話的華裔職員，她取了我們的護照文件後，先安排我們坐在大堂的梳化等待安排手續，全程都不用我們企著等候，十分細心！到她辦好手續便過來十分詳細地解釋酒店的各項服務及設施等等！再親身帶我們到酒店房間，靜待我們看看有無問題才離開。 日本文化已公認是最殷勤、最有禮貌的民族，但此酒店的管理水平，是更上一層樓的！ 至於酒店設施亦十分高級，高貴而新派！唯一感覺SPA場及健身室比較細，但亦是高級數的！ 房間的護理用品極多，超出想像！ 總體來說，酒店管理水平及設施，超六星級數！ 下次必定再來！ ”
