"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."

"Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all ..."
