Vorsicht Apartment entspricht nicht der Buchungsbeschreibung

Wir haben das Apartment wie beschrieben und bebildert gebucht. Leider wurden wir in einem Apartment untergebracht, was in keinster weise mit der Buchung überein stimmt. Die vorgefundene Ausstattung war sehr einfach und teilweise beschädigt. Das Apartment war ca. 12m2 kleiner! Auf den Balkon passten gerade 2 Stühle und ein Tisch! Ein Backofen gab es nicht! Am Tresen zwei kaputte Holzhocker und nicht die bebilderten bequemen hohe Stühle. Wir mussten unserer Frühstück im stehen einnehmen, denn am Morgen war es auf dem kleinen Balkon zu kalt..Die 2 Einzelbetten 2,00x0,90 gab es nicht, nur eine fleckige Matratze 2X2m! Der TV lief im gesamten Zeitraum nicht. 2 Mitarbeiter sind mit der einstellunggescheitert.EinTechniker wurden versprochen, ist aber nie gekommen! Den angebotenen Relaxsessel und das Moderne Wohnzimmer mit hellen Kunststoffsofa gab es nicht. Wir fühlen uns betrogen und hätten das Apartment niemals gemietet! Der Vermieter war nicht bereit uns das beschriebene Apartment zuzuweisen, denn es war anderweitig vermietet. Uwe und Antje Wendtorff

Fantastic location and great view of the sea

We have just returned from a great week staying at this apartment . The owner was really helpful with the delay of two years due to Covid cancellations . The property manager met us at the apartment and was really great arranging for another set of keys which is a must as if you go anywhere separately you need a key to get in and out of gate to complex. Apartment is in a great location right next to beach lovely views of sea from balcony and very sunny in the evenings . Situation good for Sa Caleta which we love for fish restaurants and costa Adeje which is a lovely resort quite quiet which we like . Playa Del duque is a fabulous beach nice beach bars etc . Apartment facilities are ok could do with a sort out and an update as a lot of space taken up with old things which are quite useless . Bathroom new and good shower, beds comfortable and quiet at back of apartment . All in all a good stay

Just scam !!!!!!!

Don't book this property, because you will be allocate different property. Property # 2617912 have different interior , bigger and more stylish (what shows on pictures) but reality 100% different. Hope helps future guests not make mistakes. Pictures been done in neighbour accommodation behind wall. When we booked we choose between two property's, Property # 2617912(booked) and Property # 5204045 which been owned by same person Sven or Italian managing company. Sven completely denied link between both property's . Requested to Vbro regarding owner, have confirmation, same owner, same phone number. Asked compensation from owner : Negative If you take a risk to book Property # 2617912 , when confirmation comes make Shure you have Room8 not ROOM 7 Room7 is property Property # 5204045 Have a nice day, Sven and Co Kind Regards Dainis

Almost perfect...

This is a lovely holiday flat with a great view of the sea and the beach. It is close to some stylish restaurants, a supermarket, and plenty of free parking. It is spacious and was very clean and tidy. The bedroom also is wonderfully quiet at night with good blackout shutters, and the shower is great. A bit of TLC here and there would make it perfect…

Perfect beachfront location

Accommodation was so wonderful we extended stay by 2 nights. Positioned right on patrolled beach (excellent terrace with view), next to shops and restaurants. Good parking and huge swimming pool. Clean and well equipped apartment. Thank you!!

Amazing view!!

Thank you so much for a great holiday in your apartment. We stayed there for three weeks and every day was a pleasure. The location of the apartment was excellent - very close to the finest beach, Playa del Duque, and proximity to shop and restaurants. And what a view from the balcony! There was blue sea as far as the eye could see, the sound of the waves rolling on the beach and fantastic sunsets - in short; perfect! When we arrived we were, as agreed, met by someone who gave us information about the apartment and handed us keys. The apartment was perfectly OK, but maybe some upgrading is needed, especially in the kitchen. But it was well equipped so it was fine to cook. We would love to come back!

After waiting 20 plus minutes in the sun for the keys we found the apartment had only partially been cleaned the beds in our option were only fit for children and the bedding was not cotton we did not stop and gave the keys back we booked in a hotel Our complaints were to no avail to sum up not had advertised fridge not properly accessible

Very comfortable, well equipped property in superb front line location.

Excellent, comfortable, well equipped one bedroom apartment. Great location with balcony overlooking the beach front promenade. Five minutes walk to best beach in Adeje (Del Duque). Close to many excellent restaurants and cafeteria / bars. Good size double bedroom with ceiling fan which worked well to keep bedroom at a reasonable temperature. (an improvement would be to replace the cheap Polyester sheets). Kitchen is small but very well equipped and there is an electric hot plate which is excellent for grilling chicken, fish, tomatoes, veg etc on the balcony, making the basis for a nice dinner on nights that you wished to cook in. (the fridge needs to be hinged on the left hand side (which is possible) to improve access. There is a good washing machine which is useful as there is no cleaning provided during the two week stay.The complex, El Beril is beautiful and well maintained, with an impressive pool area (very quiet in first half of October). TV has Spanish and German stations only. Excellent WIFI. We would certainly go back. To be comprehensive if I were the owner I would have a conversation with whoever prepares and maintains the apartment. When we arrived it was only superficially clean and the person who met us with the key just wanted to hand over the key and leave. There were a number of issues which should have been checked and repaired before our arrival; TV not working, several light bulbs not functioning, no means of plugging in the hot plate on the balcony, plug in bathroom sink not working, coffee machine not working. In fairness to the owner, when I emailed him he organised to get everything sorted the next day. This is no way detracts from the quality of our experience but, having communicated with the owner, I feel he would have expected something better from those who prepare his apartment for visitors. A welcome pack with some basic food would be nice for visitors who have spent a day's travel. (this was provided last year when we stayed in El Veril). Overall, thanks to the owner, Sven, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Five stars,

A little gem

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as before. It has a cosy feel to it with the “seaside decor” both inside and out. The view is gorgeous to watch sunset each night. The pool area was very relaxing and we enjoyed the well manicured grounds of the complex. Well equipped with everything you need for self catering and super WiFi! The apartment offers the perfect base for a beach holiday and lovely walks to the fishing port of La Caleta. We look forward to our return! Gillian & Jack

Loved it.

As we opened the window in the morning, we were so pleased with the view, it was stunning. The apartment was only up a few steps, which was great for me with mobility problems. The kitchen is very small, with the fridge a bit awkward to get to, but hey, we didn't intend spending time cooking anyway. The bedroom was a good size with very comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was nice with a lovely shower. The lounge area is a good size with a good sized TV, not that we used either. We did find the large mirrored face a bit overwhelming, but everyone has personal tastes. We were told about the sunbeds, by the pool, but we couldn't actually find any that were marked with the apartment number or any that were locked up with a padlock that our key worked on. We used the benches around the pool instead. The pool was lovely, but, again, with my mobility problems, it was quite a hike to get to it. Right across the road from the apartment is a restaurant that served the best meals ever! We ate there every night.

Super apartment in a great location

The apartment is presented to a very high standard. It had literally everything you need. Close by is Del Duque beach and a great selection of restaurants. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay.

Conforme au descriptif de l'annonce .

Appartement idéalement situé dans la résidence , en front de mer . Vue magnifique .Quartier calme . A proximité immédiate de l'une des plus belles plages de l'île , particulièrement bien aménagée . Accès direct à la promenade qui longe l'océan sur plusieurs kilomètres . Tous commerces et en particulier grand choix de restaurants , accessibles à pied . Appartement très bien équipé , entre autre concernant la cuisine . Résidence très bien entretenue pour les parties communes .

Perfect location

We stayed for just 7 nights. The accommodation was near perfect. The only thing that would have improved it would have been air con or a fan in the sitting room. It was exceptionally warm at night. The area was nice and quiet but only a short walk from the restaurants, bars and the supermarkets. The view was breathtaking. We will be back. Linda.

Absolutely loved it. Beach front view, veranda, bars & restaurant all nearby.

Beautiful complex, all kept very clean, it was nice and quiet, lovely pool, shops nearby. If you wanted anything more it was only a short walk away. Will definitely be back if I can get booked in sometime next year again.

Clean and well equipped, good location for beach and reasonably quiet if that's what you are looking for. Only a fan in bedroom for cooling, so the addition of air con would be a plus if installed all in all no complaints and would recommend .

The apartment was just as it was shown on the internet.

The apartment was light, clean and bright with splendid views over the beach and sea from the balcony. It had all the necessary facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complex was excellent with lovely maintained gardens and secure. The only problems were that the instructions for the property were hidden under the TV box and we didn't find them until our second day so we were not aware that the apartment had its own sun beds at the pool. The beds were padlocked and the key turned out to be missing but the owner sorted out a replacement key to be delivered. The pool and surrounding area was lovely but what let it down was that there were no umbrellas to get any shade unlike the smaller pool in the complex which had numerous umbrellas. One more thing which would have been really helpful would have been the provision of a welcome pack (water, milk, bread and butter) as we experienced a significant delay and arrived at 4 am ( some 9 hours later than expected) as a result of problems at Tenerife airport and were unable to even have a drink,.
