“The asset of this property are its excellent staff. Aiman, the property manager, went out of his way to make our stay a comfortable and memorable experience. “首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全”

“Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay ”
